Complete payment *

I understand that if my farmers do not receive payment in full before or at the first pick-up, I will not be able to take home my basket.

Basket contents *

I understand that the contents of my basket will change from week to week.

Basket size *

I understand that sometimes, due to uncontrollable circumstances like weather or crop failure, that my basket size may vary.

Produce quality *

I understand that my farmers will do their best to provide me with quality produce. I also understand that growing without the use of pesticides means that occasionally, my produce may have signs of insect chewing.

Basket pick up *

I agree to let my farmers know a minimum of 24 hours in advance if I am unable to pick up my basket. I will either let my farmers know who will be coming in my place, or that I would like to add the value to the following week's basket. I understand that if I do not give 24 hour notice that I will be giving up that basket with no refund.

Refund and Exchange policy *

I understand that my basket fees will be spent to help my farmers grow more delicious food. After 48 hours from my purchase time, I cannot get a refund. If I decide after 48 hours that I no longer wish to receive Marché McMillan produce, I can arrange on my own for someone else to take my baskets and let my farmers know who will be replacing me.
